Connection errors
This time its really weird. Everything is connected. It is recognized under device manager. It makes windows noise when reset is pushed but pronterface can not connect at all. I even uninstalled and reinstalled it and changed USB ports but have no idea what else to try.

Have you ever seen this before?

Pronterface just stops at "Connecting..." however it is not frozen because it opens files and also updates port when I switch USB's

RE: Connection errors
Let me know (phone) when you are at your machine, so I can diagnose the connection problem with you.

RE: Connection errors
Thanks for the help! I didn't think having the thread rod nut out of place would do that.

Glad to help, and glad it was something simple.

We have recently designed that problem with booting the board out of the printer, so it won't happen to new or updated printers. We'll get that change done to yours at some point too.
